Vivien - Tourist Tax Part 1 of 7

Vivien and "Francesca" are on holiday with friends in Germany. As Vivien is relaxing on the terrace, an employee of the spa administration suddenly appears in front of her and asks about the spa tax. Since she doesn't have any, she is now blackmailing her for the rest of her holiday. Francesca understands a little German, but only speaks Italian.
